John has extensive experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions, and a wide network of contacts at major private equity funds across Europe and the US, as well as decision makers at major corporations. John has worked in financing private equity acquisitions at the investment banks Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Natixis in London, and also worked as a published high yield debt analyst at Acuris, and in M&A advisory at Pegasus Capital. John has a degree in Business Mathematics & Statistics from the London School of Economics.
